The final phases of the non-cleared derivatives margin rules are being implemented globally. While initial implementation phases have mainly impacted major banks, broker dealers, and large financial institutions, the final phases may bring a broader section of the asset management community into scope, requiring them to post and receive regulatory initial margin. Join the webcast to learn more about the rule requirements, custody segregation options, how cash can continue to be used as collateral and how to start preparing.

The webinar will also cover:

1. High level overview of Uncleared Margin Rules, why they came about and how to determine if you’re in-scope.
2. Once fund managers have determined that they’re in scope, what do they do need to do next?
3. How does this impact my operations / Treasury teams?
4. What resources or tools are available to my operations & Treasury teams to help them deal with this additional complexity?

The presentation will be approximately 45 minutes with time reserved at the end for questions.
