Mike Pappacena is a co-head partner at ACA Aponix, the cybersecurity, privacy, and IT risk division of ACA Compliance Group. In this role, he provides leadership for division initiatives, mentoring and guidance of staff, and vision for future planning and growth. Simultaneously, he serves as a team leader in providing cybersecurity risk assessments, vendor due diligence, policy authoring, staff training, and product development. Mike earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Pratt Institute and his Master of Business Administration degree (finance concentration) from Adelphi University.

 

Patricia Voight, Managing Director, FSO Consulting; Ernst & Young

Patricia has 30 years of experience serving clients in the financial services, insurance, technology, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining EY, Patricia was the Global Head of Cyber and Information Security Audit at Citigroup. Patricia has served as subject matter advisor speaking at FS-ISAC, IIA, ISACA, and SIFMA industry events on subjects related to privacy, resiliency, cyber security, cloud, and third parties.


Jesse Starks, Chief Technology Officer, Breckinridge Capital Advisors

Jesse is a member of the firm’s Risk Committee, Information Security Committee and Business Continuity Committee. In his role, Jesse directs the strategic integration of technology across the firm. Jesse joined Breckinridge in 2011 as director of development and rose to his current role in January 2016. He has over 17 years of experience designing and managing large-scale distributed systems. Prior to Breckinridge, Jesse was a senior web systems engineer for Aetna Inc., where he specialized in information security, infrastructure design, and performance analysis. He also represented Aetna at Microsoft's Interoperability Executive Council, a consortium dedicated to creating standards across emerging internet technologies.

Jarod Winters is the COO and CCO of advisory firm Sunrise Capital Partners.
